We value all client feedback; should any aspect of your treatment or experience fail to meet your expectations, we encourage you to bring your concerns to our attention so they may be reviewed and resolved effectively.

1. Submission of a Complaint

To ensure a formal and thorough review, any complaint regarding a treatment or service received at RLR Aesthetics must be submitted in writing within 14 days of your appointment date.

Please include the following details in your correspondence:

  • Full Name: Your legal name as it appears on our records.

  • Appointment Details: The date and time of your treatment.

  • Description of Concern: A detailed and clear account of your grievance.

  • Supporting Documentation: Any relevant information or photographs that may assist in our review.

2. Acknowledgement

Upon receipt of your written complaint, RLR Aesthetics will issue a formal acknowledgement within 5 working days.

3. Investigation Process

Our management team will conduct a comprehensive internal review. This investigation typically includes an audit of:

  • Initial consultation and assessment forms.

  • Signed consent forms and pre/post-care instructions.

  • Clinical treatment records.

  • Before-and-after clinical photographs (where applicable).

In certain instances, you may be requested to attend a Review Appointment. This allows our practitioners to physically assess the treatment outcome and determine the most appropriate course of action.

4. Formal Response

Following a complete evaluation of the facts, RLR Aesthetics aims to provide a formal written response within 14 working days. Should the complexity of the investigation require additional time, we will notify you promptly with an updated timeframe.

5. Resolution

All resolutions are handled fairly and transparently, in strict accordance with RLR Aesthetics internal protocols and industry professional standards.

6. Policy Agreement

By proceeding with treatment at RLR Aesthetics, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the complaints procedure as outlined above. RLR Aesthetics reserves the right to amend this policy periodically to remain compliant with evolving healthcare regulations and best practices.
