Welcome to RLR Aesthetics. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (https://aestheticsbyrebekah.co.uk) and the purchase of any services or treatments from our clinic. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Professional Services
  • RLR Aesthetics (operating at Aesthetics & SMP by Rebekah) provides specialized treatments including Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP), Aesthetics, and Skin Treatments.

  • All treatments are carried out by qualified practitioners using medically graded equipment and high-quality products.

  • We reserve the right to refuse treatment if a client is deemed unsuitable for a procedure following a consultation.

2. Booking & Payments
  • Booking System: All bookings made via our Bookly system are subject to availability.

  • Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be deducted from your final bill.

  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards and other Klarna and Clearpay as specified at the time of checkout.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
  • 48-Hour Rule: You must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Forfeiture: Failure to provide 48 hours’ notice, or failing to attend (No-Show), will result in the loss of your deposit.

  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to our clinic at The Beauty Rooms, Room 2, 22 Victoria Street, we may not be able to proceed with your treatment, and the cancellation fee will apply.

4. Client Responsibilities
  • Medical Disclosure: You must provide accurate medical history and disclose any allergies or conditions during your consultation. RLR Aesthetics is not liable for complications resulting from undisclosed information.

  • Aftercare: Following the provided aftercare instructions is essential for optimal results. We are not responsible for poor outcomes due to a failure to follow these guidelines.

5. Complaints & Feedback
  • We aim for excellence, but if you are dissatisfied, you must follow our Complaints Policy.

  • Complaints must be submitted in writing to info@aestheticsbyrebekah.co.uk within 14 days of the treatment.

6. Privacy & Data Protection
  • Your personal data and clinical records are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR regulations. Your information will only be used for treatment purposes and clinic administration.

7. Limitation of Liability
  • RLR Aesthetics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, provided we have acted with reasonable care and skill.

8. Amendments
  • We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
