At Aesthetics & SMP by Rebekah, we are committed to providing a professional and seamless experience for all our clients. To maintain our high standard of service and ensure fairness to all, we operate the following booking and cancellation policy.

1. How to Book (Via our Online System)

We use Bookly to provide a real-time, 24/7 booking experience. To secure your appointment, please visit our booking page and follow these steps:

  • Select Your Treatment: Choose from our range of services, including Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP), Skin Rejuvenation, Laser Hair Removal, or Aesthetics.

  • Choose a Date & Time: Select an available slot that works for you from our live calendar.

  • Confirm Details: Provide your contact information and complete any required pre-appointment forms.

  • Instant Confirmation: Once your booking is processed, you will receive an automated confirmation via email and/or SMS with your appointment details.

2. Booking Deposits

To secure your scheduled time, a non-refundable deposit is required for most treatments. This deposit will be credited toward the final balance of your treatment on the day of your appointment.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that life happens. However, as a boutique clinic, late cancellations significantly impact our business and other clients waiting for appointments.

  • Minimum Notice: We require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

  • No-Shows: If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, your deposit will be lost, and full pre-payment may be required for any future bookings.

4. Arrival & Late Policy

Please arrive on time for your session. Our clinic is a professional, relaxed, and safe environment, and each treatment is allocated a specific timeframe.

  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may be unable to perform the full treatment to ensure we do not delay the next client. In some cases, this may be treated as a late cancellation.

5. Consultations

For specialized services like SMP or advanced aesthetics, an initial consultation is often required. This ensures we can provide you with the best results and ensure you are a suitable candidate for the treatment.
